LS510 hoisting inverter is a special inverter tailored to various harsh application conditions in the hoisting industry. It has been significantly improved in terms of ease of use, maintainability, environmental protection, installation space and
design standards. The function is more abundant, implements the high-performance current vector control of the asynchronous motor, support the lifting process card option, and realize the inverters with built-in anti-sway, grab and other complicated lifting process control. LS510 is mainly used to drive asynchronous motors, and are used in lifting, translation, and rotation driving and control occasions in lifting equipment.

2. Built-in professional lifting brake timing control
to ensure the smooth start and stop of the load.
3. When the bus voltage is continuously low, the normal output of the inverter can be maintained by reducing the given frequency of the load to avoid reporting the undervoltage fault during operation.
4. When the bus voltage drops instantaneously or the power fails, the inverter stops quickly and restricts continued operation to prevent the hook slip.
5. The protection function of low-speed and long-term operation is developed for the shaft-cooled motor.
6. The calculation formula for the utilization rate of the gearbox is built-in to provide the user with a reminder of the utilization rate of the current gearbox.
7. The highest output frequency is automatically calculated by detecting the output torque of the inverter.
